Your privacy is very important to us, and the following will inform you of the information and/or content that Not An Easy Fix Inc, a New Jersey 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation (hereafter “NAEF”) may collect from you and how it is used. By using NAEF’S website, www.notaneasyfix.org (the “Site”), you are accepting the terms and practices described in this policy and represent that you have read and understood NAEF’s Privacy Policy.
NAEF’s Policy is designed to tell you about NAEF’s practices regarding collection, use, and disclosure of information and content that you may provide to NAEF. Please be sure to read this entire Privacy Policy before using or submitting information or content to NAEF.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION AND CONTENT
NAEF may collect non-personal information, such as a domain name and IP Address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed this Site. NAEF may also collect information about the type of Internet browser you are using, operating system, what brought you to our Site, as well as which of our Web pages you have accessed.
Additionally, if you communicate with NAEF regarding our Site or our services, we will collect any information or content that you provide to NAEF in any such communication. Some of the information and/or content may be personally identifiable information. NAEF will not disclose your personally identifiable information to others, except where NAEF has consent or implied consent (e.g., photographs and names sent by you to be displayed on the Site), and will not sell or give away your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, or any other information.

We use the collected information primarily for our own internal purposes, such as providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving our services and Site, fulfilling requests for information, and providing user support.
NAEF may use content you have sent to us (e.g., photographs and names) in a number of different ways, including publicly displaying on this Site and elsewhere (e.g., live events, our other social media sites, etc.), and er may reformat it, incorporate it into other works, and create derivative works from it. As such, you hereby irrevocably grant us a world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable right to use of your content. By “use” we mean use, copy, publicly perform and display, reproduce, transmit, modify, translate, remove, and prepare derivative works of your content.

If NAEF makes changes to its Policy, NAEF will post those changes on this page. New Jersey law will govern this Privacy Policy and its terms, as well as any claim, cause of action or dispute that might arise between you and NAEF (a “Claim”), without regard to conflict of law provisions. FOR ANY CLAIM BROUGHT BY EITHER PARTY, YOU AGREE TO SUBMIT AND CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL AND EXCLUSIVE JURISDICTION IN, AND THE EXCLUSIVE VENUE OF, THE STATE AND FEDERAL COURTS LOCATED WITHIN NEW JERSEY.
